That is only the Hawk deal that values GLER at.02 per share. We are way undervalued. There are 5 more acquisitions to be announced! Bet on another one to be announced this week. There is a great sticky post above that talks about GLER being worth .24 ahead and why. They have many more acquisitions to announce in the days and weeks ahead$$$

.02 stated in the 8k is relating to the earnings or value GLER will have when everything is finalized,
