I spoke with Gary from PTRC. He said the company was well aware of the lock up shares & is not concerned long term. He said the pps has probably bottomed around .03. He said most of the shares that came off lockup on 10/22 were at .03. He also said the company still has 5 million in cash & is still working on its plan from the 10-K in July. I guess will see what happens, but I'm cautiously optimistic. I did add shares at .03
