Don't know if I can agree. I see pr as a way to add hype. If they have reason to be confident, then why release news they can hold for later use? Pr would reflect either desperation or a desire to keep their shareholders confident - so it's hard to decide.

Looks to be back in the 9's and has higher volume than most other Mj correlated stocks today. This one has been hard to call, yet has historically ridden back up after each dip.
