The preoccupation was January 15th until it was delayed. They will take it to the wire on this one. And CC or GZFX can cancel 10 days ahead of the date. Cannot figure out how the price can rise before a Circuit City announcement. Too many shares in the float. They need Circuit City. Trading may pick up as the date comes closer, but for now what can keep it over a penny is the question ? Alot of time in between.
