People have the right to post/waste their time as they choose.

Perhaps, the better questions are:

"Why are you not willing to acknowledge that they were planning an RS?"
"Why are you not providing proof, if you have it, that they no longer intend to RS?"

Prove that they are no longer interested in doing the RS and you will get buyers.... say what you want about the "nay-sayers" but the truth is that the risk of RS is a BIG piece of what is holding this stock back.....

That being said, why not watch the stock just in case that their is no RS? The beauty of these boards is that they provide that exact opportunity for opportunistic investors.
