So he allows the stockholders to defend this for him? I know if this was my company I would be all over it, but that isn't the case here. A reason could be what you are talking about KC getting the price to a point where its attractive to another buyer. At this point it appears Mr. Battis is taking you can't get blood out of a stone stance. Creditors, Lawsuit, OS through the roof and a sp at sub-penny. How much farther can a person take it? To me he has very few options left.
