Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

This is just my opinion. I could be wrong. If Mel Watt gets appointed to lead the FHFA it might help FNMA stock price initially as I believe he will increase access to lower rates for millions of working Americans thus generating more income from fees collected. But in the long run it could lead to the ruin of Fannie if they are not careful being too generous in their handouts going into the next housing crash.
