I call the SEC and they told me to go to their website and file a formal complaint agains LSTG. I have tried to call LSTG several times with no response. I am so sick of this i am rethinking my whole investment strategy. it is so hard to trust anyone but your self these days. I also asked the SEC if fraud was proven was there any way we could recoup any monies. She said maybe. depending on the court and if there was anything set aside for such things. I don't quite understand it as i am a very casual investor who had invested in this company hoping to make some profits to pay off a few bills. I will begin with going to the SEC website and file a formal complaint. hopefully others will do the same.
