Something that I will always remember is back in the day it was easier to get cannabis as a minor than alcohol.

Regulation will make it tougher to get into the hands of young people by taking it away from the black market. This step ALSO quells pot from the view as a gateway drug. Taking cannabis away from the black market means people won't be exposed to these black market dealers who often sell more than just pot. Therefore buying cannabis won't expose you to other more harmful drugs.


Add in the quality control aspect where people won't have to buy a product potentially contaminated with mold or that terrible bud the Europeans had to deal with that was infused with glass beads to improve weight.

I could go on and on.
