Most of blame falls directly with underwriters, they don't want anything being fully diluted today.

CEO like Jorge have the business plans, and passion to manage the business, but the underwriters have way too much greed.

OTCBB market is just too dishonest, fiat types of investments, really have zero odds of paying off for the public.
