From an investor perspective, if Jorge, would if offered 5,000,000 shares fully diluted. At 1,00 per share.

I myself would be fine with losing my whole investment, if his business plan failed.

But given this Wall Street dilution of another 750 million shares, it just not right.

Why can't business people just be honest today?

State your business plans, offer certain amount shares.

That's it..

In the 1960's fully diluted offering made a lot of people very wealthy.

Today, its all fiat toxic scams.
