Hey, maybe that's where the open seats were. Or maybe the view of the room was better from that side. Or maybe that's where the pretty girls were sitting. Been on this board a long time and calbiker has been here from the beginning. He has been long as far as I know, taking profits occasionally, but long in spirit if not always shares. Think he was talking about taking some profits just recently as a matter of fact.

Don't agree with calbiker's downside probabilities based on a Hynix appeal. Good math; faulty premise, is my view. Judge Whyte will not allow an IA to disrupt his schedule. Just a delay tactic and desperate negotiating ploy. It will fail.

Just my opinion.
