Being a developer/promoter it just mind blowing, why, on earth Jorge didn't just offer 5,000,000 shares at say $1.00 per share with fully diluted clause.

Working capital from the honest offering would be $5,000,000 minus any investment banking fees.

Then, state his exact business plan, and let the free market take over.

All of this dilution is just toxic.

Pure madness.
