It doesn't matter how many shares are out there. This is a penny stock. It will end up like all the other pennies. The first batch will make some money; the second batch will have to wait for some new developments before they make money and so on and so forth.

All those shares will create a run sooner or later. Then the reverse split will open up new opportunities for new investors. That's the way it goes in penny land.
