Holy Cow!!! And I thought they couldn't screw up and prerecorded conference call worse than last time.

I quickly going through this nonsense here are my initial takes:

1. Mayor seems to have taken a greater role - where was the Chairman?

2. WTF!!! SKTO can't collect the AR until Pharmajanes is launched???

3. Benz stated in one place that Pharmajanes would be launched by months end and in another by years end.

4. SKTO is in the process of hiring new auditor. What happened I thought they had engaged Bradford as the auditor.

5. One more WTF!!! - AEGY files a NT-10k stating that they had: "Registrant has just engaged new independent accountants to audit its financial reports for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2013 and was unable to complete the report in order to file on the due date." But Benz said AEGY was in the process of hiring a new auditor.

So Benz, did AEGY lie on the NT-10k?
