1) The website is being touted as the sole source of information for the company.

2) We have noted that none of the web site changes can be verified from independent sources. Quite the opposite, with one of the proposed merger CFO's, in the past month, stating they did not know PVEI.

3) The CEO, Peter Villiotis, previously stated, about six months ago, that he was not responsible for the web site...it had been "hacked".

4) Current website has been stated to be developed/supported by an investor and not by a paid employee or consultant of the company.

5) The Ocean Star Pacific picture posted early this week, was a 10 year old picture of the MV Nordic Prince, one of the first purpose built cruise vessels of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. It still had the Crown Lounge "wrapped" around the funnel; that being a trademarked item of RCI.

THIS IS WHY TRUTH IN THE WEB SITE IS SO IMPORTANT. DAILY AND HOURLY UPDATES ON THIS WEBSITE I PERCEIVE WITH MAJOR DOUBT.

TOO MANY INCONSISTENCIES IN THE WEBSITE AND VERY QUESTIONABLE WEBSITE AUTHORSHIP.
