NITE starts setting himself up for close early on slow movers. He may be blocking the 2 on ask and close it 2 on bid 3 on ask. Notice how no other MMs are coming down to 2. These numbers are only temporal. Stock has a bunch going for it. It will go up once seller is totally done.
