It will now trade as a Grey. I suspect the SEC is still investigating. If so, it may eventually bring litigation against the company, management, and others involved with the company. But there's no way of guessing when that might happen.

Since MMs are not permitted to publish a bid or ask, anyone who wants to trade will be trading blind.
