WRONG, they needed shareholder votes and they got it. Read the Filing for accuracy. Insiders DON'T HOLD A MAJORITY OF THE OUTSTANDING, thought all knew this.

without votes from the common shareholders.



Looks like this might have been missed this in the Filing.

The written consent solicitation is being sought to avoid the cost of a shareholder meeting to obtain the remaining 7.3% of the voting power required to approve the proposals.
