Prediction- by January, the same valentine talk will still be going on without anything changing. In fact, his 3,820 foot restraining order will also still be in place.

The changes that WILL happen is that mabwe will be shipping barite with ever increasing shipments. Every day Kinsey is on site with around 100 workers mining barite.
