One thing we can be fairly certain of is that there will be a verdict out of Germany by mid December,unless that 1/2 day trial is delayed again for some reason. The judge's verdict is due within 30 days of trial. Provided VRNG is successful there, I think that will help boost and hold up the PPS.

We also have the possibility of HJJ ruling on the RR by EOY.

December actually has pretty good potential here.
