Reverse splits usually take place in order to entice institutions to buy the stock. Institutions often cannot, because of their by-laws and other guidelines, buy stocks that are under around $3 and/or are not listed on an exchange.



That's the same garbage I hear on EVERY penny stock.

And then the reverse split happens, and guess what? No interest from any institutions. I'll spoil the surprise and tell you the next line you feed hopeless holdouts "Well now they need to get the word out. They weren't on the "radar" before, but NOW they are." And that buys a few quarters before the NEXT "reason" needs to be drawn up and played.

As I said before, different day same game.
