I guess the good thing to keep in mind is world has won in court (see case 3:09-cv-01982-MHP) for an undisclosed amount. This was before a few other patents were granted! Worlds may still be seeing royalties from a licensing agreement for all we know.

What is interesting to note is the same people defending activision are the same people that defended NCsoft. It was a big issue to find evidence of a "prior art" and they even offered 50K to someone who could find evidence. Obviously, that never happened. Ropes and gray turned to worlds not properly linking the provisional application this time around.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a settlement occur after the MSJ is denied. And then it's on to the next one.

I keep gaining more and more confidence in this stock.
