I am telling ya, this "GIFT" program is going to be huge....
In lieu of obtaining financing through normal legal channels, the "GIFT" program will allow growers to obtain the necessary equipment to set-up a grow operation and start producing, with little out of pocket expenses.....

With a positive out-come on tomorrows Portland vote, that will set the tone for the NE USA.........

Tomorrow could very well be another block buster day for PHOT, PPS.....
