Can you say that you are so well versed in all of the laws, with all of the loop holes, red tape, and every possible scenario. That there is not even the slightest chance you could be wrong? You know for sure everything about it? I really do want to know the answer to these questions.

I do not no enough do make a decision based on the legal aspect of it.

Look I THINK it is more likely that MS isn't involved with the contract. All I am saying is. How do you know without knowing?
