They usually don't announce that kind of decision as " pleased to announce" also multiple offers were said to be on the table yet it states " the purchase offer" leading to believe they choose just one. That coupled with the retraction of 200 mill shares all leads me to believe a deal was made.

JMO though. we will see in the morning!
