It doesn't seem like to much DD had to be done over this deal considering it took place over the weekend at best. With the retraction of shares and buyout offer being presented 9am tomm deal must be good. Boards don't make fast crappy deals, they only move fast on deals that are better then what they could get by waiting, I guess well see in the morning at 9am.
