So what is the breaking point? If the value of a merged AAMRQ and LCC is based on LCC PPS, how high can we go before the PPS outweighs the value at merger? It seems to me that AAMRQ holders should be rooting for LCC rather than AAMRQ. The manipulation should be on the LCC side, not the AAMRQ side.
