YES. Also deals made based many things including current value or PPS as well. So it makes since to increase PPS value as in some cases offers are tied to CURRENT PPS a the time of the deal. Smart move pulling the 200 mill and gives me confidence a deal is close to or already structured. Could see news much sooner then Tues/Wed IMO.
