New Direction to NYSE & NASDAQ
Hi Everyone,

There comes a time in almost any industry where a change of direction is best for a company, their clients, and sometimes most importantly, the many people that depend on their service or product. For Preferred Penny Stocks that time is now and if we all stick together we truly believe everyone will see even more success than EVER before.

For years now we have brought the hottest picks in the microcap market and shown subscribers millions of dollars in gains. Over the last year our team took serious notice of how the playing field is no longer level in the microcap markets. In order to continue bringing the best service to our subscribers we need to change strategies.

From this point forward, our team will only be bringing you alerts on companies that are listed on the NYSE or the NASDAQ exchanges. To show you how serious we really are about this, we won’t be taking any compensation!

We have had skin in the game just like you from the beginning. The amount invested in marketing and building our databases is just another reason to believe that we have had our subscribers in our best interests at all times.

We plan on continuing to invest heavily because in this world, no matter what the scenario, the more of us that stick together, the more success we will all see.

Our team KNOWS this new direction will offer the same great opportunities, minimize the risk, and eliminate deterring factors that were out of anyone’s control.

What separates companies on the NYSE and NASDAQ? Here are some key components of companies listed on the NASDAQ and a couple of links to help you get a better idea of what we’re talking about:

1. The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million.
2. The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years.
3. After a company gets listed on the market, it must maintain certain standards to continue trading. Failure to meet the specifications set out by the stock exchange will result in its delisting.

These companies have just as much, if not more, upside potential than the penny stock plays that we have brought in the past. Some huge contributing factors will be that the companies we alert will -

1. Have an extremely low float.
With a low float there aren’t many free trading shares meaning there aren’t a lot of people out there waiting to unload and could make it easier for the stock price to rise. If there are hardly any shares in the float, this means that shares are harder to buy and the price to buy shares will go up.
2. Insider trading where we may notice Executives loading up.
This means the executives are confident in their company and that something big may be coming!
3. Have large short positions.
Like we’ve always told you, shorts eventually have to cover. With a mass number of people taking a hard look at these companies the pressure to cover could come rapidly!
4. Proven industries that are thriving.
It’s no secret that if we are looking at a company whose industry is on the front page our strength in numbers grows tremendously.
5. Strong fundamentals.
Just being listed on these exchanges should bring strong fundamentals but we want companies that look like they have the winning formula.

With the detailed reports that you will receive from our team and our amazing strength in numbers, your chances of success will go through the roof!

We are in the process of re-branding to our new format, newsletters, and even website. We will be looking for subscribers interested in joining a winning team and that have the same interests we do…TO MAKE MONEY!

Our philosophy has always been that true power is achieved in mass numbers. No matter what the industry or real life scenario, strength in numbers has always led to one side being triumphant. We’ve seen it time and time again in wars, in hostile corporate environments, even organized protests. Numbers equal a better chance of success!

If we are all in this together we can almost guarantee that you will see as much success in the small cap market as you have in the past with penny stocks.

It’s no secret that in the past we have been hired to alert some of the same companies as Awesome Penny Stocks, but let us assure you, there is NO affiliation. Our team has been watching the microcap market closely and frankly we believe the day of the penny stock newsletter has come to an end.

Look at the facts:

1. 38 microcap companies were halted in the 3rd quarter alone this year.
2. The last three alerts from Awesome Penny Stocks have been halted.
3. Companies have been able to easily create more shares and flood the market without much regulatory oversight or notice to the public.
4. Rumors of bogus law suits filed by shady characters pushed down stock prices at record speeds.

All of these factors present a trust issue for investors and it’s a clear message to everyone that it’s time to go a new direction. The question now isn’t just why are we doing this, but how fast can we transition to this lucrative new venture.

The answer is: Immediately. We have already begun this journey and are looking forward to everyone joining forces with our team.

It’s all hands on deck; we truly value each and every one of you. It’s time to do this together!
