while completing the OLED factory. It is done on the outside and production fixtures are being set up, as I understand it. Coolbluewater's investigation will hopefully address the production start up date for the first AIV OLED units.

My information is that a Pinksheet OTC company can file unaudited financial papers with the Pinksheets who post them. This improves the Pinksheet ratings. Many US companies do this during the development stages.
Investors support this for years until the company wants to move up an exchange and pay expensive CPA's and Securities Lawyers to get on Edgar.
