wrong steps dont add up .

find an underwriter----- Get a market Specialist to sell your shares,repeat both the same.
Get into a brokerage account freely trade able?...fee or fees? all brokerage carry fees.------- not a requirement to uplist.


Figure out why someone would want to buy the shares!--- Why buy the stock? again this is a repeat same thing, assets over 700 million reasons.
Get restrictive legend removed-----File an S-1 repeat same thing.
Define the company goals on the Alternext------- What are the future prospects for the company again repeat same.
so if taking away all that have been repeated there is only a couple things that needs to be complete.
