If I have a company that develops a part, and some other companies materials are used in this product. I bought those materials, or obtained them via samples, doesn't matter. Why would the other company say anything about it? They wouldn't even have to know what I used their material for.

In fact most material vendors of any kind of material have no idea exactly where there material goes. Nor do they care.

If Warwicks contract was obtained with MS but KBLB had nothing to do with the product. Warwick just used the sample they had. Why would Kim have to say anything until there was a contract signed with kblb?

Maybe just maybe this isn't a likely scenario. But does that mean it's not possible?

I'm not saying I think this to be true. I am just saying you haven't proven without a doubt that MS isn't involved. So why act as if you have?
