Has this been posted? I know it's rehashing what most of us already know but I hadn't seen anyone link to accesswire yet.... I dont think at least! I like the way this is laid out. Good DD for anyone wondering about the credit line & especially those who might say, "DECN should have waited until it was [finalized] before they release a PR talking about what 'might' happen"
