They've had qualification for two weeks,let's see where they are respective to orders in sixty days. Think it's going to still be a buck if they sign all three big shippers?.

In order for shippers to buy qualified tech, there has to be qualified tech. I'm fairy confident they had the majority of the shippers at hello after demo's- they have just been waiting for the green light.
