I am not going so far as to say the sun revolves around the earth. I am saying the world does not revolve around your dates.
Why is it you think Warwick needs to have Kim around from the very moment they decided to try for a military contract?

The company is attempting to find the best fiber to use in their presentation. They go through all kinds of testing etc. For many different fibers and combinations of fibers and spinning and weaving.

You seem to be implying that because by your time frame Kim could not be part of Warwick's 2 years of R&D Simply because they were not there from day 1. What If Kim didn't show up at Warwick till 2012?
You say it is your way or impossible. I say there is a possibility that the 2 have been working under an NDA for quite some time

If Kim came to them to see if they were interested or if they heard of monstersilk and decided to contact Kim is irrelevant.
If the fiber Kim supplied was better than what they were using they would test it out.

So Kim could have come to them at any time in the 2 years, signed an NDA as he said he did. Went through the waiting on warwick to test his stuff. Warwick lands the contract which is the thing that seals the JDA which gets signed and PRd.

They got the award. We get a PR a few months later. That is business. We were not named in the contract so we are not part of the contract so we don't PR the contract. We are in a JDA to produce a product. Until we find out what they used it for nobody is right.

So where do you suppose Warwick heard of KBLB???

The members of the Techtextil North America 2012 Advisory Council are:

John Cronin, Marketing Manager, Warwick MillsFor over ten years Cronin has worked on product and market development for Warwick Mills, in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. Starting as scour machine operator with the company in 1998, he now directs activities related to the marketing and sales of Warwick’s TurtleSkin Law Enforcement Equipment in North America.

Over the course of his career with Warwick, Cronin has spent countless hours in the field developing an understanding for the hand-protection and body armor needs of Law Enforcement and Corrections Officers. An understanding of practical needs, combined with technical knowledge of materials, performance testing, and manufacturing has helped Cronin contribute to the development and marketing of a number of body armor and glove products.

John lives in New Hampshire, where he owns a small business and attends Franklin Pierce University. He sits on the ASTM F23.20 committee for Physical Hazards and is leading an effort to publish a new hypodermic needle puncture resistance test standard. In 2009 he established the Law Enforcement Equipment Manufacturers Group; comprised of industry professionals who interact through an integrated social media network via LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

There are a few others but they don't really matter.

ZF you could be totally right. You could be totally wrong.
I could be totally right I could be totally wrong.

At least admit that as well
