I am not persuaded PGLC insiders are represented primarily in the noted buying/selling on the open market. Many times the point has been made on this thread and elsewhere that the bulk of the reported block trades found in SEC filings "after the fact" by PGLC's primary insiders (those holding 10% or greater, are indeed "away from the market" buys in particular.

That leaves open your question to deeper examination, does it not?
