The link was posted as " Directly from the SEC website " that Is whats why people need to really do there own DD because people post here sometimes with good intentions sometimes not, either way posting links or opinions as though they are facts is irresponsible.

FACT not JMO

Im here to ride the news or maybe just the hype cause the reality is even if there is a buyout, even if its huge for the company the structure of the deal is more often then not built around everyone OTHER then C share holders getting our hands on it. JMO
