IMC Subscription Agreement Deadline February 26, 2014

Did you ask him if IMC will be forking over $10 million dollars for the 1 year delay? To compensate Woulfe Mining in exchange for renewing IMC's extension on their exclusive rights to the Sangdong tungsten project.
Otherwise IMC could lose their 25% stake on the Sangdong tungsten project and their 55% ownership agreement on the tungsten refining APT plant.
The new board of directors at Woulfe Mining have a chance to obtain more favorable terms on the agreement for the company if IMC delays the project for 1 year.

Pursuant to the Amendment Agreement, the parties have agreed that the
outside date for the completion of the transactions contemplated by the
Subscription Agreement shall be extended until February 26, 2014. The
parties are however working towards completion of the transactions
contemplated by the Subscription Agreement as soon as is feasible.
