Egeliah, If you are going to quote me, please quote the whole sentence. It loses it's meaning without the rest of the fact.

1000 shares outstanding worth $1000 each is equivalent to 1 BILLION shares outstanding worth .001 each. These are the facts. If a company dilutes, the PPS adjusts to compensate for the increased market cap. Unless there is a substantial change in the company to warrant the higher cap.
