We need publicity! A judge will seldom rule against a corporation as large as T-mobile. They are mutual "friends in high places", and they stick together. Politicians, Judges, CEO's, they don't go against their own.

We are a small unknown group of maybe 1500, and I would guess most of us have seldom, if ever, been to these "high places", let alone gone to meet our friends there.

If we had media exposure, more importantly media coverage and attention directed toward the court case, the patent, and the rulings, I think we would get a much different result.

The judge has nothing to gain by ruling in favor of a small group of pesky unknown investors, and everything to gain by ruling in favor of an extremely wealthy and powerful corporation...unless his judgement is going to be exposed to public scrutiny that will cast doubt on his integrity or legal acumen. And that's assuming he cares about such things!

I put way more money than common sense dictated into CLYW, because the patent was a slam dunk money maker to me, and I started too early (2005) to bring my cost average down to where many are. That is, in part, why I am still working full time, with a 2nd part time job, at age 67 with no retirement in sight.

If that sounds like a "personal problem" (which of course it is), that's my whole point! One thousand well meaning people with personal problems...potentially being screwed by the courts over a valuable patent they own. That is called public interest in the news media, and that will get us every bit as far as good lawyers. If we are right about the 923 patent, then the whole world should know.
