The stock is down from the era when those pedimeters things or what ever they were, were being sold. So if you are going to average, then go back to square one.
If you are going to go back and compare PPS then you have to know how to do it. Market Caps have to be valuated into the PPS because prior to the last two years of zero dilution the SS was different.

Nov 1 2009 = $4,980,743
Nov 1 2013 = $6,511,860
While I believe that this was overvalued then and undervalued now, above is a fact and showing that your statement above is completely inaccurate or lacking an understanding of how to compare PPS of the same company with a different previous changing share structure.
If I was a CEO I would not be paying myself on the back of the shareholders.
Zero dilution for 2 years show the above statement is also inaccurate.
