At the time of the announcement of the "deal"; I had speculated that a no shorting agreement did not necessarily mean Crede would not loan shares to shorts. The Sept 24 release of schedule 13G states regarding the warrants "exercise OR exchange of". Apparently, no formal announcement that Crede is selling, but back channel chatter indicates Crede is not selling. However, would "exchanging of warrants " have the same dramatic effect on share price? Crede could accumulate more shares at lower price and/or loan shares out to shorts to maximize investment. We all know game is stacked against retail. As someone once said, " We are like fleas on a dog for the ride". I guess we still can choose to jump off.
