she was trading btw 1.09 to $ 1.50 for two months man. where have you been if i may ask? this baby won't go below 1 dollar unless some real bad news....hope never happen. but i tel you what, its still cheap at 2.40 and has a lot of choice left. just think of these 3 things:
1) Democrats and Republicans can not agree on anything regarding replacing the GSE's because simply; fannie and fred are not GENERAL MOTORS.
2) net zero is getting closer every day.
3)law suit are pending hard and strong.
