Hes actually right about last year. There was not news last year about 5million dollars thrown into the equation.. He also stated about audited financials but never delivered... This time the money is here , the audited financials are coming and the up listing --Well its here... I cant see .0011 but it could fall.. But me and my 17 million shares since 2010 are waiting and waiting and waiting.. Things are all coming together one step at a time.. Another buyout/ merger is possible...

Remember also last time it went crazy in a few days on hardly any news.. Alot of promises.. The promises back then are know real PLUS A WHOLE LOT MORE ..5 million dollars more.. Only time will tell and i like alot of other seek longs will wait it out.. As you state it brings more money more followers more investors.. Thats all is takes for any stock to get to .010 and higher..
