No.

The value of ARIA will be dominated by the drugs, patents,cash, cash burn, litigation risk/costs.

The value of tax losses to the buyer will be lost in the other factors, a buyout - IF - IF one happens will not be about the tax advantages of ARIA.

No company is going to buy ARIA for the tax losses.
