I recently jumped in on the deal news. I'll do my DD this weekend. how much crude and or other resources have been discovered and why they cant raise money to dig it up on there own if so valuable. Usually if a B/O goes down and there is more then one interested buyers 5x maybe 7x current value with 1/2 bill outstanding S/O is top side. However many of these B/O end up working out EXTREAMLY well for the company and PREFF stock holder and common share holders get hosed. At least we don't have to long to wait and see what if any kind of deal is made and what its means for us common share holders hope we don't end up bag holders instead of stock holders. LOL
