my mistake I got the court date wrong. what I mean by fine is that they(rxpc) are going to have to pay a penalty for the faulty pr if they are found guilty. it could cause bankruptcy it could not . and for that pr newswire release u mentioned is coming.......... first thing is it's gonna talk about the lawsuit. my humble prediction. hopefully a dollar by 2014
