mdhi here is a pr from 3/12/12 that shows what the company believes they would sell monthly through Costco on the amount of medipendant units. we would not start to see recurring revenue from this until the six months are up when we start selling the extension contacts on the monitoring services this is when we will start to see the recurring revenue from these sales. at this time we are now in calendar year 2013 so when the reports start coming out for the fiscal 2013 10qs and 10ks this will show. we will see this mostly in the 3rd and 4th q of 2013.

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. , March 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB: MDHI.PK), today announced the single largest release of MediPendant™ units to a single distributor to date. The 3,500 unit release, from one of the largest distributors in the security and life safety industries, is part of an ongoing order that is expected to continue for approximately eight to ten months. This release is the first phase of the 30,000 unit purchase order we announced in January. Gross profits from these orders are expected to cover most of the Company's fixed operating costs through the end of this calendar year.

"This 3,500 unit release positions us very well to move our business forward," said Jennifer Loria , VP of Corporate Development for Medical Alarm Concepts. "We want to emphasize that this is just part of a string of additional orders we plan to fulfill over the coming months. During the second calendar quarter of this year, we expect to sell approximately 1,500 to 1,800 additional units per month to this same customer, with follow-on orders expected thereafter. Plus, we are expecting the demand to increase substantially from both the direct response television advertising campaign and from our strategic alliances with the big wholesale clubs and hospitals. We have informed our manufacturing partner to gear up production in anticipation of further stocking orders from the Company. We expect these enhanced revenues to positively impact our income statement beginning this month."
