This is an incorrect statement:

The FAA is not stupid, thus it will not spend money on something it does not think will work. This is why we have a certification PROCESS that demands certain standards be met or exceeded before the FAA entertains applicants. Where is the source for the "hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars" claim?
